Cancellation must be made 24 hours before arrival.
A charge of £25.00 (per room) will be made if the reservation is
cancelled before noon on day of arrival.
If cancelled after noon the full cost of first night's booking will
be charged.
In the event of non-arrival, the full cost of the first night’s
