           The Star and Garter Restaurant and Lounge Bar

The Star and Garter Hotel Restaurant, offers a unique informal dining experience. 

Recently decorated, including brand new Italian furniture in November 2006, the dining area provides the ideal ambience to enjoy our deliciously prepared dishes.

The Restaurant is open daily from Noon till 21.00 hrs Monday to Saturday and on a Sunday from 12.30 till 21.00 hrs.

Our comprehensive menu changes with the seasons, four times a year and always includes a choice of mouth-watering dishes and a selection of delicious sweets.

For the vegetarians amongst us, our Chef has prepared a delicious choice of wonderful dishes. 

Our Children's menu will hit the right spot with the kids once they see the tasty choices we can prepare for them.!

Our Bar is open daily from 11.00 am Monday to Saturday

and on a Sunday from 12.30.

We close at midnight except on a Friday and Saturday

when we close at 1am.

We pride ourselves on our range of draught ales, lagers and stout,

with a good selection of malt whiskies and all

brand leading products that you would expect

from a bar of quality and character.
